Today I found out why boxers need cardio...

warm-up: 10 mins sprints
post warm-up: 5 mins skip, 5 min crunches, 5 mins skip, 5 mins crunches, 5 mins skip, 5 mins leg rolls
bags: 25mins punching bags - land a 7 punch combo in less than 1.5 seconds, repeat
bonus round: 3 x ( 2 min jumping jack squats, 2 min pushups, 2 min leg pull ins )

ouch.

tomorrow will be fun.
